The simplest way Koreans enjoy kimchi is by pairing it with instant noodles.
There's even a saying that goes, *"You can't eat ramen without kimchi"* or *"Ramen doesn't taste good without kimchi."*
Once you start eating ramen with kimchi, I'm sure you'll feel the same—you won't be able to enjoy ramen without kimchi anymore!

This kimchi was made yesterday.
So, its taste is different from that of well-fermented kimchi.
However, because of this, the flavor of this kimchi is quite distinct from the kimchi we usually know.
If you get a chance to try this kimchi later (it's called "Geotjeori"), be sure to taste it.
If you don't like sour kimchi, you'll definitely enjoy this one.

hi and welcome!
My name is Dean and come from South Korea, Seoul.
I have opened this forum for every Kimchi lover.
of course I love it too.

I always wondered why there is no Kimchi Forum in Internet.

so I have decided that I make it by myself.

Why don't we just start talking about Kimchi and food from now on.
I wish you fun here and please share your kimchi stories with others.

thanks for coming here!
